Oleg made a career in ALROSA, working his way up from mining master to deputy chief engineer at an underground mine "International". In 2012 he moved to St. Petersburg, where worked in various companies as a Chief engineer. Twice took advanced training courses in the field construction safety. At DETRA, he successfully implemented several unique projects in raise boring.
