Bizhanova Gulnara  is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken". During her career, she worked in government and business structures, including in the field of social protection of the population, prosecutors, the mining and metallurgical sector, was a deputy of the Karaganda regional maslikhat of the 5th Convocation, chairman of the Commission on Legality and Citizens' Rights, Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan VI and VII convocations, member of the Committee on Legislation and Judicial Reform. Member of the Supervisory Board of the Compliance Association of Kazakhstan.
