Mashiev M.A. was born on October 12, 1970 in the village of Zhany-Aryk, Karasu district, Osh region, in a family of teachers. In 1977, I entered Pravda School № 77 and graduated in 1987. In the same year, I entered the Dzhambul Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry in the city of Dzhambul of the Kazakh SSR and graduated from this institute in 1192 with a degree in engineering technology. In 1992, I was hired at the Jalal-Abad bakery and worked as a process engineer until 2004. From 2004 to 2016, I worked at various private enterprises for the export and import of fuels and lubricants and the processing of petroleum products. From 2016 to 2019, I worked at Gazprom Kyrgyzstan LLC. From December 2020 to January 2024, I worked as Deputy Director of the State Agency for State Property Management under the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan. I am married and have four children.
