Acoustic and Optical ALT televiewers allow a close look at the borehole and, in the case of the acoustic televiewer, a little touching of the borehole. Because the orientation of all structures intersecting the borehole is preserved in the logging data, there are great opportunities for interwell correlation and wellbore structural disturbance studies. There are three stages to complete processing: primary data, structure extraction, interpretation and conclusions. During the presentation, I will try to touch on the processing aspects to get the most out of the logging data.
