Arthur is an underground mining engineer. He has more than 12 years of experience in the mining industry, including construction and operation of mines, work in a design institute and consulting.
He worked for 8 years at a diamond mine in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). He is well acquainted with the daily production problems faced by mining enterprises at different stages of development. During the period of work at the field, he acquired knowledge of mining deposits using a sublevel caving system in difficult mining and geological conditions.
Work experience at a design institute included the development of design and working documentation, justification of design/technical solutions, short- and long-term planning of mining operations.
As team member of CMT he participates in the development of mining part of the different projects: CPR, technical audits, Due Diligence, project studies of the levels from Scoping to Feasibility Study.
Work experience includes mining projects for precious metals, diamonds, tungsten, molybdenum, and phosphates.

This presentation outlines methods for selecting and justifying analogue objects. These methods are accepted by our company for project research at the Scoping study level. They are based on a multifactorial assessment approach. These techniques will help mining industry professionals make informed decisions in the early stages of project development and improve the quality of research.
