Access to the exhibition area and open business track presentations on 17 and 18 April.
Attention!
Exhibition visitors will not be admitted to the Forum sessions, networking events and catering areas.
Delegate registration terms and conditions
Confirmation of the registration and invoice will be sent within 1-5 working days to the email address used in the booking form. Please check your spam inbox for an automatic reply. Please contact secretariat@minexforum.com if you have not received confirmation within the stated period.
Payment methods
The fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via Stripe) or Bank Transfer.
Replacement
Delegate substitution can be made at any time.
Cancellation
All cancellations submitted in writing to secretariat@minexforum.com 14 working days before the event will be subject to a 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made if cancellations are submitted less than 14 working days before the event. At the discretion of the organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received less than 14 working days before the event.
