The fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via Stripe) or Bank Transfer.

Replacement or cancellation

All cancellations submitted in writing to secretariat@minexforum.com 14 working days before the event will be subject to a 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made if cancellations are submitted less than 14 working days before the event. At the discretion of the organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received less than 14 working days before the event. Delegate substitution can be made at any time.
